Shack U is a service oriented organization dedicated to providing top quality basketball training programs for girls and boys, grades 2nd – 12th in Newark, Ohio and other surrounding areas throughout Licking County, Ohio. Established in 2017, Shack U is backed by over 20 years of tried, tested, and proven excellence and reliability in providing top-notch coaching and mentoring for promising high school basketball players from various school districts.
Here at Shack U, we build strong basketball fundamentals in kids, that pave the way for sound basketball skills that help them play at their peak. We develop total athletes with a genuine love and respect for the game, the people they play with, and even the people they play against.
We help mold our young athletes into future top caliber athletes through a combination of physical, mental, and emotional formation that helps them realize their true potential. Throughout the years, we’ve been fortunate to be a part of the growth in many young basketball players; from young kids who want to learn the game, to high school and college prospects with a very real chance of making it into the big leagues.
